    Methinks there is some bias!

Man I would love to see him in a fight with goose, if he doesn't drop down. I think he would beat goose pretty handily.

Strikeforce results: Gegard Mousasi thinks the

"...I think timing's right (to go to the UFC)," Mousasi said in a post-fight interview with Ariel Helwani of MMA Fighting following his victory over Kyle. "I've done everything outside of UFC - Strikeforce, Japan, kickboxing, mauy-thai, I think the time is now to go, to fight those well known names."

Fans of Mousasi have fantasized about the Dutchman entering the Octagon for years now. If the move becomes a reality, Mousasi wants to be thrown into the deep end immediately and be paired against opponents at the very top of the 205-pound weight class.

Earlier this month, Mousasi expressed a desire to fight Alexander Gustafsson. When asked if that match up still tickles his fancy, the former Strikeforce lightweight champion said it would be a "good fight," but ultimately he just wants an opponent who will make a fan-pleasing fight and help him inch towards a chance to fight for Jon Jones' light heavyweight title.

"I'm not challenging (Alexander Gustafsson), but I think that's a good fight," said Mousasi. "I want to fight him because he's a good fighter; people think he's a good fighter. "Shogun," Machida - all of these guys people consider really good fighters, so I want to fight someone that people think is good and I think these match ups are more exciting than against some other opponents and they're top contenders so, I think fighting them would make sense for me the most so I can go earlier to the title shot."

I think what he has to prove is does have any better TD defense than when he faced Lawal? I like his stand up but in the UFC with the cage that favors wrestlers a bit, he's got to prove he can keep it standing. He should join Machida and Glover T. training with Liddel and try to take a page out of Chuck's playbook.

At MW he would be Top 5 easily
At LHW he would be Top 10.

I do not know if he can beat people like Anderson or Jones, but for sure he will be a threat to everybody.

Wish they could switch Hendo to Jones (Hendo vs Machida scares me as a Hendo fan) and Mousassi to Machida.

Who would make for a good first fight for Mousassi? I know Shogun is coming off a loss, but that would be a great fight.

I agree, those would be good fights and I'd rather see him at MW. I see him having trouble at 205 in the UFC. On the other hand, I see him easily being top 5 in the UFC

I also like Bader as well, b/c then we can see if he can handle a well rounded wrestler.
sort of what I was thinking with Bader. It would take big steps towards showing that the mo fight is behind him.
