Lol, this will date my old-school knowledge, but wasn't Guy Mezger considered 'Mr. Handsome' back in the old Pride days? Seemed like every interview with him they had to touch on his looks. Bas was always bringing it up in conversation.
Personally I think he looks like a douche, but he had the reputation for being handsome.
As for my vote, eh, I'll go with oldschool Vitor Belfort. Before he went awry. My girlfriend thinks Bablu is cute, for what that's worth.
Fighters aren't really supposed to be handsome, in the classic sense. So it's kind of a tough question. That, and I don't spend much of my spare time daydreaming about fighter's looks.

and they are not exactly my type but, Tito is dating Jenna Jameson and BJ Penn is dating a model if i remember correctly. Ok i'll stop now because I'm starting to worry myself

I cant tell looks on a guy to save my life, but Ive heard chicks say that Rich Franklin and Babalu are good looking
If I had to guess id say shogun becuase he used to be a model and his wife is hot

As far as good looking males go (I'm actually going to agree with monsonbychoke's point by saying who cares, be secure with your sexuality), I'll also say that Vitor was a really good looking guy a few years ago, but now he is letting himself go. Heurta, Frank Shamrock, Shogun. I they're good looking guys.
