People get knocked out when their brain presses against their skull. Depending on the size of Sylvia's brain, if there's more space between his skull and his brain, then he probably won't be knocked out. There's your answer.

It can happen as long as someone can follow up with 2 or 3 solid blows before tim can pull guard and control movement. I'm surprised it hasn't happened for all of the vicious 1st round blows he's taken in each title match he's had.

Two words: Tank Abbott. Did you see what he did to Cabbage and Cabbage has 3 times the chin Timmy has. Tank may not have the technique, but a flush shot from him would put almost anyone to sleep.

This post is just fuckin hilarious. If there is any other similarities to south park timmay and sylvia timmay, this is the best one by far.
