I think for Rampage his disdain for training will be outweighed by his not wanting to look like Ken Shamrock.

I think whoever said about Rampage relying on Juanito for a majority of the training regimen is right. In the end, Rampage is a coach for comedic relief and because he's an amazing tv personality. Forrest is equally popular, because of his success with TUF 1 and whatnot. It would be nice, although a huge long shot, for Randy to be an assistant coach alongside Forest, but I think whoever Forrest brings in to help out will be an influential factor. Regardless, it's a pretty safe bet to say that Forrest's guys are going to be in tip top shape by the time they leave the house.

WAR Griffin.

There is a big match up problem between Forrest and Rampage. Rampage cannot gameplan to beat Forrest. He just has to be better. Forrest has no distinctive strenths or weaknesses. He's good, not great, everywhere and doing anything. Factor in that he's been with Couture for a few fights now, he will have the right strategy. He will close the distance with Jackson, similar to what Hendo did, and keep Rampage from getting off, and avoiding the big shot. And still everyone under estimates Griffin's BJJ. He's pretty good off his back. I think that Rampage gets careless, mostly because he's dominating the fight, and gets caught in an arm bar or a triangle and Forrest will end it.

Forest is a beast. He is a lot bigger than Rampage. If Forest can avoid the knockout from Rampage's standup, I think he has a very good chance of winning in the clinch and on the ground.

Forrest is the better coach. but Forrest is going to get KTFO. If not then it will definatly be a repeat of the Hendo match. Forrest is bigger yes but rampage is fucking strong as an ox. I don't see him getting triangled either, thats just asking to get Forrest's bell rung.

Rampage will rampage through the forrest when the fight goes down.

As for the show, I think it is defeintly going to be the best season they have had to date. I think they will both be good coaches for different reasons. People will follow Rampage because of his personality. They will laugh with him and he will also be in their faces but will do it without being taken personally since it is a persona. Forrest has, I think, a more level, technical approach but I think he will get frustrated with the fighters and lose his cool sometimes which will affect morale for his team.

All in all, I think they will be pretty even and I think it depends a lot on the guys who are actually fighting as much as it does on the coaches.

No matter what, I think Forrest and Rampage will probably get along through the season and it will be a fun season. I think they will be a good example of the sport. They will defeintly be good for the UFC's bottom line.

It will be interesting, but I have to give the edge to Rampage. The last coupla of ppv's I've seen that Rampage has been at with people that train at his camp his guys have won their fights, and Ive never seen Forrest Griffin corner anybody. I still think it'll be a good show. Forrest will get guys from Xtreme Couture to help coach so it wont be lopsided like the fight is gonna be. Seriously is there anyone who thinks he'll beat Rampage? Unless Rampage doesnt take him seriously the kid's dead. I mean seriously I know he beat Shogun, but does anyone else remember when Jardine beat him. He sat there in the middle of the ring bawling like a baby. I mean I can understand getting a little teary but that was just awful. I mean if your gonna do that at least get your ass out of the ring and dont embarrass yourself. It will be good though to see Rampage on camera cause the guys hilarious. Hands down he'll be the main reason I watch the show not that the fights wont be good, but it'll be interesting to what he says and does.
