Anyone else think Melvin looked like a total jackass last night after he tapped. I thought it was rather funny what Rich did. I would assume Melvin would have the same or worse if he would have one. I hope hes gone after this. He has no real skill only stand up and is way over confident in his striking. Anyone else feel the same?

Yes. He's a thug. he loses and then goes after him when his back is turned. Typical street trash. Hope to never see him again outside of the police blotter.

how can you condone what rich did? He's just as much of a thug and an asshole as melvin is. Your putting him up on this high horse when both have been running their mouths and neither has accomplished a damn thing. I thought rich looked like "a total jackass" after he taunted him after the fight. Melvin then reacted like a complete idiot. You can't turn the other cheek on rich's classless behavior just because you hate the guy he's facing because we all know had it went the other way and guillard did that(which he probably would have.) you would be sitting here calling him a punk and a thug.

Just sayin Melvin talks mad shit about everyone. Rich was funny. When Melvin came out and walked up and fingered him I think he deserved everything that Rich did.

Rich probably got the biggest day in the sun he'll get, he's a C level fighter fighting another C level fighter on a big PPV, and he acted like a slightly-more-justified-asshole than Melvin, who was just a more complete-and-utter-asshole.

Neither have a place in a legitimate MMA organization.

They both came off as jackasses but what do you expect? The UFC wanted that to happen and that is why they made the fight, something I personally never would have done. Ive always disliked Melvin and I knew that when he faced a legit opponent he would be sub'd, I never had anything against Rich and I thought he was very underrated but he looked like a tool last night. It was an exciting fight but it looked horrible for the sport to see that happen on the main card, so fuck Joe Silva and the UFC marketing for thinking that bad blood is the only way to sell a fight.
