I was not saying it was fixed but You have to understand we are watching it then there like Kimbo is fighting next After the lawler fight then it just went to repeat i did not even see it i just read someone say fix .

i dont think it was fixed but i do think they should of let it go. if anything was fixed it was the ref.

There is a difference between being fixed and predetermined. And that Kimbo Slice fight was predetermined. Kimbo tapped in the first round, but the fight wasn't stopped. Kimbo was on his back in the first round getting punched and the ref stands them up. Second round Kimbo got caught in another choke on the ground, the camera pans out to show the entire arena, then when it goes back to the ring both fighters are standing. Then, Kimbo was again on his back with both arms trapped, being pounded, and the ref did not do his job, which is to stop a fight if one fighter can not intelligently defend himself. Third round, Kimbo finally pops that ear and the ref stops the fight? WTF? I guess now we know why the ref only lasted one UFC event. Bottom line id CBS and Elite XC needed Kimbo Slice to win that fight, otherwise Kimbo would have been exposed as a fraud, Elite XC would have been exposed as a minor league organization that holds shows at biker rallies and carnivals, and CBS would have been extremely embarrassed.

Fixed and a work don't necessarily have to be the same thing. A work requires both guys to know that it is a work, it could have been fixed with only the ref being involved in the fix.

At a minimum the reffing was biased.

CBS supposedly told the refs to have a quick trigger on stopping the fights when a fighter was in trouble due to the opposers of MMA labeling the sport as "human cockfighting" and being on network television for the
1st time they weren't going to take any chances on having any really brutal beatings. As a result there were of course a few premature stoppages. It sucked but it probably was the right thing to do.

I disagree with this in the sense that it sets a precedent where the promoter or involved parties tells the Athletic Commission how to run the event. The commission is supposed to be a completely independent third party
