| Who do you think best Personifies What an MMA Fighter should be
Both in and out of the ring who stands as the best role model for younger fighters and fans alike.
I've been thinking about ths and struck up a conversation with some friends about it. There knowledge is limited in MMA so i wanted to post this.
I was thinking Forrest because of his work ethic and i have never heard him say anything negative to his opponents.
Rich Franklin also stands out to me but i would just like to here your thoughts.

I would have to go with Fedor or Anderson Silva, but neither one of them speaks english, that well. I think a good REP would be Forrest, or a GSP for the Canuckers, adn Matt Hughes for the church goers. I think Wandy for his furosity. There are many good REPS, you could say Liddell because of his name and what he has achieved. Many Japanese like Gomi, or Sakuraba, would be good REPs over in Japan, and the Nogeria brothers could cover South America with the Spider.

I was going to say Couture, but walking out on a contract doesnt represent that good of a fighter. Don't get me wrong he is definetly one of the best of all time, and as a fighter he is definetly respectful to his competition, and is always a gentlemen before and after the fight.
Franklin is definetly a prime choice for speaking in schools given he used to be a teacher so they will except him on that level, for not just being a brute that fights.

I would have had Rampage on this before his debacle and i still think he's a good guy and that if he gets things straight with himself could be a pillar in the sport again champion or not

Bas,Forrest, and Anderson Silva for their work ethic and just being great guys......
My main choice is Cung Le for being remarkably humble about his skills with IMO he can defeat most.. also a good guy
