I am proof positive that WWE is losing viewers and MMA/UFC is gaining them!
I was a hardcore pro wrestling fan for 22 years and seriously began to wain off of it the more and more I hit the gym and began practicing judo and watched MMA.
The death of Benoit sealed the deal for me and for TRUE wrestling fans, it's no longer wrestling, it's some bastardized hybrid Mcmahon has made to make the most profit.
It's depressing since I feel that they have talented guys, but it just feels like a parody of what it should be.
Thank god for MMA, which I personally believe has many characteristics of the best aspects of pro wrestling from the 70s(AKA legit tough guys who deserve and earn their spots!) and MMA will adopt more and more of their fans the longer the McMahons alienate their loyal, hardcore viewers.
