| Randy's weight
I know this may seem a bit far out there, but I was thinking about it since yesterday, that 220 is just way too small and uncharacteristic of Randy. He can go 230 or more pretty easy. I have also hear a bunch since the fight was announced he would come in at 220. I am thinking it's possible that he comes into the fight bigger, like 235, and that he just cut 15lbs for the weigh ins to throw Brock off? Maybe get in his head?

Randy looked fine at the weigh ins.. he didn't look old.. some reason.. he weighed in at a 220 mark. Possibility is that he was out of action for a year or so.. or, that it was part of the gameplan to stay light on the feet, use his dirty boxing.. use the clinch and so fourth.. people are making a big deal about this and I don't really know why..

Randy looked bigger vs. Gonzaga...you could see it in his upper body in that fight...shoulders, arms...But even then, he was what, 228? I think the layoff definitely affected him. And don't forget he had his arm in a sling after that fight...He broke the Ulna in his forearm during that fight....
He needed to come in closer to 230-235 for this fight...I don't care what he says...his preperation etc....He wasn't in "strength/power" shape to beat Lesnar.
Knowing strength training and how hard it is to put back on size in three months, after a broken arm, I definitely think that the layoff worked to his disadvantage...but he won't say it publicly....when you take that much time off, and then try to fight a guy the size of Lesnar at 220, you are in for a rude awakening...no matter how much experience, and fight prep he has gone through...

It's about time somebody pointed this out. I was beginning to think that I was the only one that thought he looked smaller than the last time he fought,15 months ago.Myself I thought that he looked dehydrated even though I know he wasn't. Building up to the fight at no time did I think Randy was going to lose but when I saw him at the last moment B4 the opening bell,I got worried all of a sudden after seeing him.He just looked too damn small to me.

Randy v GG - Randy 229lbs.
Randy v Lesnar - Randy 220lbs
I think it's harder for Randy to keep the weight up at 45.

I am sure the layoff effected him somewhat during the fight, but let's look at Sylvia, when he came back to fight Sylvia, he dominated him.

-he broke his arm after GG...and I don't think he really had considered Dana throwing someone at him as physically strong as Brock....when the lawsuit was dropped and this fight was announced, he didn't have enough time to put on ten or fifteen lbs. the right way, by training heavier, for power and strength etc....what did he train, 12 weeks? damn...he was at 215-220 when they announced the fight...
