"statistical bar graphs and pie charts"? WTF are you talking about, it's such a easy and simple concept to understand, if you need a pie chart then hell I can make one up with Excel.
Admins and Mods may not have the power, but they can write Boone or whomever owns the site.
It would eliminate people creating 2 or 3 handles under different proxies then using one handle to spam or troll, then use another handle to condemn that spam or trolling.
