So many comments for one sentence.
First you rip people for what they like because you like something different. I like the brawls and blood and I like the technical game. Problem is, sometimes the technical game is someone "technically" trying to run the clock out. If you aren't doing something on the ground, then that's why you get boo'ed and that's why you get stood up. People now CHEER when an armbar attempt is made, back in the day, they would boo that because they had no idea what was going on.
Fans ARE smarter.
I'm amazed that you consider yourself some kind of "elite" because you prefer the ground game. It's a matter of opinion not education.
UFC themselves throw it in your face every other sentence that Forrest vs. Bonner 1 is the greatest of all time and that was a brawl.
Bottom line is, if somebody pays the amount of money it costs for a UFC ticket, they just bought the right to boo and cheer as they feel. I find the boo's much more soothing than the singing that you find in the UK.
Also, speaking of educated, an educated person does not type in all caps. Mental Midgets and drama queens do that.
How long before you educate yourself to the technical side of the english language? THEM SELFS? LOL. Who are them "selfs"? I never met a self. Is it a type of elf? No no no, don't explain, I understand you really meant themselves.
I don't care about winning a spelling bee, however, when you throw around the word "educated" in a sentence, you should try to be a little more educated.
Sorry to sound so harsh but seriously, let people like what they like and you like what you like.
