on a serious note, aside from the ridiculously funny gifs of forrest running, does anyone have any actual news on where is frank and has he been seen anywhere post-brock fight? He's completely off the radar, could he really be still that bruised that he's in his house wearing a mask lol?
And has forrest released any comments since his fight?

I saw pictures of Mir on the party after UFC 100 and he was looking all right, of course he had some marks in his face, but he was OK, he was even smiling and taking pictures with fans.
