| An embarassing question
What is the origins of the term "war"? Like I understand that when someone likes a fighter they often say "WAR COUTURE" or "WAR SILVA" or something to that effect. But where did this term come from? Is it an acronym for something, or just a proud declaration they can't wait until the next time they fight?

I don't know what it means. I'll be honest, I don't think anyone knows what it means anymore. Scholars maintain that the translation was lost hundreds of years ago.

I take it as the person who, in a potential or confirmed upcoming bout, you will be rooting for.

Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina

It's a way of getting behind a fighter hoping they bring the fight in steallar fashion. It's a nerdy way of saying "Whoop that Ass".

Not being in the know when it comes to internet slang is the very opposite of embarassing, in my opinion (...I mean IMO).
If I could somehow erase the knowledge of what FTW, FTL, ROFL, STFU, KTFO, etc. meant, I would do it in a second.
Worst of all is no matter how much you resist, you end up using these clichés.
Hypocrisy=FAIL
