That's a hard one to pick.

Certainly, i would say Kongo is up there,very good all around. Then you have guys like Crocop and Arlovski, who are both excellent strikers.

Also, Fedor has to have the fastest punch delivery speed, like the strike he threw to knock Rogers out. The speed from where he just has his hands in position to where a bomb is flying at your head is insane. Catches so many fighters out, and immediately can change the nature of the fight.

For technique, Arlovski 's punches are probably as crisp and articulate as possible.
For power, no doubt Fedor's punches are like scud missiles.
Rizzo's legkicks are unparallelled.
Kongo's great against poor opponents, the moment he's tested, he just caves.

If I had to fear one HW's overall striking prowess, I'd have to say Overeem. Rizzo is probably second, followed by Mirko in his prime.

Mirko in his prime was the best striker I think
Fedor has excellent power but I think that technically there are some better fighters in the striking
For me probably Overeem is No. 1, then maybe Arlovksy, Kongo and Fedor

I have it between Rogers and Kongo. I would be willing to give "TheKidInsides" left arm to see that fight.

I'd probably want to see Rizzo in his prime vs. Mirko in his. Pedro may not be what he once was, but back in the day, he was a mauler on the feet.

Those Randy battles and thefirst Barnett bout and the Arlovski fight are disgusting.

yvel beat rizzo and kongo neither wanted to stand with him overeem for being a dutch kickboxer he dont really kick that well and aa needs 2 super glue his chin together to compete crocop my favorite fighter of all time is gun shy now well for the last 3-4years couldnt hang with yvel mabe prime vs prime but still mabe yvel and this is stand up only k1 rules top 5 yvel,overeem,kongo,crocop and then aa or aleksander other good ones would be berry,hardonk,kharatonov

Agreed he looked good against Fedor till glass chin time.

I think Fedor is one of the best and underrated.

Overreem has to be at the top.
