i'm going with all jiu-jitsu guys... fighting a monster with 4 arms? your chances of an arm bar, kimura, key lock, oma plata, etc. just doubled.
Mir, Nog, even Royce... he'd just let the monster pound away on him kimo style for 40 minutes before triangle-ing that mess.

Anderson Silva- One straight punch to the chest, anus falls out.
Brock Lesnar- Shooting star press
BJ Penn- Squeeze head with legs till it explodes (ever see Goldeneye?)
Diego Sanchez- Starts praying, beam of light from the heavens sets enemy on fire
Dana White- Whispers the most profane word ever into ear, complete body melts ( What word you ask, well if you don't know you can't handle it)
And, finally:
