Howard asked Herschel what it means when he says he only sleeps 3 or 4 hours a night. Herschel said he sleeps 4 hours at the most and he only eats one meal a day. He said he doesn't eat meat anymore even though he owns a meat company. He eats salads and soup and bread. He said he does that late at night when he's going to bed. He said he's been doing that for over 20 something years. Howard asked how many calories he takes in. Herschel said he doesn't worry about that so he doesn't know.
Howard said he read that Herschel once played Russian Roulette. Herschel said he wrote a book and talked about that in there. He also talked about his multiple personality disorder. Howard explained what Russian Roulette was and Herschel said he did that over six times. He said he was alone when he did it. He said he thought of it as a competition.

Herschel said that his marriage ended because of that stuff. ... Herschel said he forgets some things like getting the Heissman trophy.

I listened to the interview. He isn't looking for attention at all. he is infact polar opposite to War machine. he has only had sex with his first wife and now new GF.

Guy is def Batshit crazy but seems harmless. He talked about the feelings of invincibility when you are a pro ball player. He didnt play RR because he wanted to kill himself he just wanted to win the game.

Everyone talks about how intelligent Herschel is.......is it only me, because I don't find him to sound intelligent at all. I watched him on "The Apprentice", and that is where I first came to that conclusion, and then the Stern interview just reinforced it.

It's not physically possible to survive one one salad a day, and 3-4 hours of sleep for 20 years. It's not. Simple as that, sleep deprivation, lack of amino acids, starvation pick your poison it's not possible. I want him to get locked in a house full of camera's where one salad will be delivered once a day, and he can only sleep for 3-4 hours a day, and see what kinda shape his in after a month. This dude is full of it.

It was one meal a day, not just one salad. It is prob a big ass salad. Because he doesnt eat meat does that mean he can still eat a shit load of protien powder? lol
