Weird video of Michael Jai White giving Kimbo striking tips thought I'd share with people, spread the love and all that. I've tried out the theory with some guys at my club and amazingly it seemed to have some truth in it, I couldn't tag the guys with my full speed jab yet throwing it straighter and slower tagged them a lot more often.

I know its not revolutionary here and a lot is mentioned in Bruce Lee's books etc but I have seen it demonstrated this well before.
