I think in the end Jones may fall a little short. I think he has looked amazing against gatekeepers and lower teir fighters. But he is the LHW division, which is basically a shark tanked ruled by a great white shark called Shogun. I just do not see him being able to beat guys like Shogun, Machida, Evans, Rampage, Thiago, Franklin or Forrest. He might be able to beat Lil'Nog and Bader but even those aren't gimmes.
BTW, I would love to see Bader v. Jones no matter what the outcomes of their fights are. |
Honestly, i feel like jones would toss forrest around like a rag doll. Forrest is just a brawler that throws alot of leg kicks in my opinion. His fighting is actually very similar to Bonnars minus the spinning back kick. I just see jones taking him down again and again and again.
