| Cecil People's Spotted
Went to a small time promotion MMA event last Friday from Gladiator Challenge in San Jacinto, CA and to my shock and horror who did I see not only judging matches, but refing as well? That's right, Mr. Cecil People's himself. Didn't do a terrible job, just found it rather odd and kinda funny that this is what he does in his off time.

Thanks for the input.
People's also had the most ridiculous "let's get it on" fight opener I've ever seen. Threw up his knee and clapped his hands at the same time. What a wanker.

I have no clue how he gets anywheres near a MMA event anymore.

I've seen him several times reffing events on like Fox Sports or some channel like that. I think I've seen him on HDNet a few times too. It is kind of his job though, so it isn't really his off time if a commission calls him to do it, no matter how big the promotion is. Honestly, if he has to be involved, leave him in those smaller promotions and let more competent judges and refs handle the bigger promotions.

I just think that he has powerful friends, that is the only reason of why he refs and judges in MMA events.

He is very high ranking in a ton of states because he has been around for so long reffing other combat sports.
He is at King of the Cage events all the time which usually take place in Cali.
I am sure he refs at least once a week and probably judges about the same. There are worse refs.
And like Michael Schivello says, I love that little breakdance move he does to start the round. Very 80s Karate style.

cecil peoples shouldnt even ref a ISKA karate tournament let alone a MMA event he has no idea of mixed martial arts and really not that much with anything beside karate if he is a ref/judge would that mean the local karate guy can ref and judge as well his no better then anyother karate guy its good to see he hasnt been at any UFC events in awhile but lets hope that continues I honestly think MMA judges should have a background in multiple styles not just karate reffing is hard but judging should be common sense
Has he done much in major MMA since Shogun V Machida 1? i havnt seen him on UFC pay Per Veiw for ages thats all we get on our paytv in aust

I swear, being an MMA judge must be the best job ever. NO matter how much you screw up, you will ALWAYS have a freaking job!
