| Best p4p brother pair in MMA?
Wondering what you guys think the best overall brother pair in MMA are. I mean collectively, so don't say the Emelianenko's because you think Fedor is the best fighter, because in reality you are only as strong as your weakest link.
For teams we have:
Diaz, Shamrock, Emelianenko, Rua, Nogueira, Lauzon, Overeem, Guida, and anyone else you guys can think of.
My vote goes to Team Diaz, because I'm a biased fan and also because Nick is always a serious contender in whatever weight class he fights in, and Nate is at the very least a gatekeeper, which is more to say than some of the other brothers. Plus, I know Pashak will vote for the Emelianenko's already, so it makes for better discussion if there's variety

Diaz bros hands down. Although, Emelianenko brothers are a clearcut second. Fedor is still the greatest fighter of all time, and his brother has been a frequent member of top-25 lists over the years.

A lot of the brothers have one being significantly better than the other; in fact a lot of these brother combos have one brother that is not very good at all - and who only have a high(ish) profile due to their better brother.
So, overall, for their back catalogue, and because they were both champions I've got to vote for Ken & Frank Shamrock, with the Nogeuiras in second place - due to the fact that they are/were both contenders.
As for other brother combos I can also think of Matt & Mark Hughes, Dan & Jim Miller, Cole & Micah Miller and Rashad & Lance Evans.
EDIT - most of these fall in the first category.

I respect Diaz brothers (especially their mentality not to back down) but I don't think they can be compared to Emelianenko or Nogueira brothers.
My choice would be:
1. Emelianenko
2. Nogueira
3. Diaz

Nick Diaz = 7.5 Nate Diaz = 6.5 Total = 14
Ken Shamrock = 8 Frank Shamrock = 8 Total = 16
Fedor = 10 Aleks = 6 Total = 16
Shogun = 9 Ninja = 6.5 Total = 15.5
Big Nog = 9 Lil Nog = 7.5 Total = 16.5
I guess I have to give it to the Nogs in a close race. Obviously, my point system is completely subjective. It's based on all-time accomplishments though, which is why Sharock's are high, both being former champion level fighters.
