Hi everyone, I hope you had a good 2011 start.

As you (may) know I have began training UFC (Not MMA. UFC!!!) a couple of months ago and obviously I need a lot of improvements. The trainings are great and they teach us good stuff but I think that just go to the trainings is not enough to achieve a good level. I think you also have to do things on your own.

So, thing is that I am not bad in the stand up, I have pretty long arms and legs so I generally have a good reach advantage over the other guys. But I dont know a lot of combinations. I know the basic combinations and sometimes I improvise and try my own combinations but its better to watch combos from pro fighters.
So I would ask if anyone knows good videos of K1 fights or something where I can actually learn some good combinations or moves. The fights should not be neccesary exciting but they should have good technical stuff.

I would appreciate even more if Aoki is not in the video, I dont think I can learn a lot from him in the stand up lol
