First and for most their is no such thing as a fighter that can't be knocked out. some fighter to have stronger chin's than others. If the punch lands in the right spot and catches the fighter off gaurd any fighter can be put to sleep. To answer your question on how he as avoided being ko'd in 30 + pro fights it could be for several reasons.
1. use of movement
2. use of defense
3. level of comp.( how many cans has he fought in the 30 + fights)
4. good chin
5. a little luck.
There are so many factors to why a fighter has never been knocked out, way more than I listed. Hell Marcus davis had never been knocked out in mma until recently. He was knocked out once has a pro boxer. But the point is there is no telling why he has not been knocked out. But no it is not impossiable and the more he fights and the higher his level of comp goes up the better his chances. Hope this helps.
and for the record Im not say he has faught all cans I would need to look up he record to determine that Im just using that as an example
