The Dolce Diet
Has anyone bought the book or tried the diet? I've been training a lot for a while now and my body has gotten to it's best physically without a good diet (I eat healthy now, but I am not sticking to a specific diet, I don't measure out my foods, I could eat better, etc). Just wondering how the book is, how the diet is, and if anyone has any results. Thanks
