wow thats pretty big news, i would of never thought Fedor would quit mid fight but then again with all this talk of retirement it makes sense. Still a pity though

i dont belive it. Dan Mergliotta stopped it after he came to his corner and looked at his face. I didnt see anything that would imply that Fedor shook his head "no" to any question during that one minute. i will rewatch it tonight carefully tho.

That's a great point. Nobody in his corner pleaded either. If it really was an early stoppage, then we would have heard a ton from his people immediately after(and continuing). He lost, it's over.
