I will say that I think this is one of his better rants. I thought the beating up Machida on they way to beat up Silva while beating up Nog at the afterparty was particularly effective.

What is going to kill Sonnen is after he retires and no one pays attention to what he says. I honestly think he will be in serious trouble. Dude NEEDS attention and is willing to go to drastic measures to get it.
