@KylesTwitr @brittneypalmer these websites love to report shit without facts!!
Suppose that doesn't exactly mean she didn't leave the company on her own.
Speculation was running rampant earlier today after several published reports called attention to the official UFC website, which no longer listed Brittney Palmer as one of its Octagon Girls.
In addition, Palmer hinted at a new chapter in her life via her official Twitter account.
"Thanks for all the good luck wishes! I'm figuring it all out. Life is full of surprises. This will definitely keep me grounded. Over and out."
After the MMA blogosphere blew up with erroneous reports of her demise, UFC President Dana White informed his 1.5 million Twitter followers that he "didn't get rid of Brittney Palmer" and that they should "(expletive) relax."
Whatever issue existed between the two sides, if one existed at all, has apparently been resolved. Palmer can now join fellow Octagon Girls Arianny Celeste and Chandella Powell at the upcoming UFC 133 event on Aug. 6 in Philadelphia.
This is NOT a satisfactory explanation for what went down, but whatever, Brittney is still with the company and will be on full display at UFC133. I credit the rabid fan response for the sudden change of heart from Dana.
