title takes the quote a bit out of context but what else is new.

i hated the title but there was a video attached (that i have not watched).it looked like he was saying it to a bunch of fighters, so it all makes sense, but yet again the media takes it out of context the title of the email was "sonnen gets weird" then the link title was "sonnens disturbing advice:if someone kicks you stab them" iWTF

He is right to a certain point. But you have to think before doing things. You should not let your emotions control you.
Sometimes if someone push you or even punch you, it is better to walk away or to react in a different way rather than punching him back.

I completely agree with this mindset to the sport. It's what I appreciate about his style of fighting and why there is only one Chael Sonnen out there.

NO ONE can match his raw aggression in terms of just walking through someone with his wrestling
