Brock at one point hits HHH in the back of the head and Cole says "that's illegal in the UFC" LOL!

Not a bad match, Brock wins by Kimura? LOL

OK match, but terrible commentary in what could've told a great story. Cole said "kimura LOCK" like a billion times and was just horrid.

IMO, HHH got too much clean offense to be believable and didn't cheat or rulebreak enough to get the upper hand against a legitimate shooter. He didn't use chairs or his infamous sledgehammer against a UFC HW Champion and is the epitome of why people point to wrestling in comparison to MMA and say "that's fake".

Bout went on way too long and Brock didn't guzzle HHH enough to really make sense, but they DID use some good psychology bringing up Brock's diverticulitis and HHH working Brock's stomach. Brock worked the arm the entire bout and you've got to give WWE some leeway in doing some of the pro wrestling gaga for the "show of it all", but a forty-something part-time wrestler in Triple H going up against Brock was pretty ridiculous..... then again he's married to the boss's daughter and basically runs things nowadays.

Paul Heyman ringside stole the show and was priceless.

I'm a massive pro wrestling fan, but they've utterly failed to utilize Brock properly since his return, especially considering what they're paying him. The guy who trampled Mir and Couture shouldn't have matches going past 10 minutes and if he's going to be there to "make new stars", HHH isn't one of them.

OK match, Heyman kicked butt and it was cool to see Rick Rubin in attendence. Good WWE PPV, but happy that Lesnar/HHH is over because it was so phoney.

I personally think they used Brock vs HHH as a "big time match" to help sell summerslam as they had not previously worked together much.. Still, I agree with you because this could have been used to put someone over, but at the same time, Brock still has until wrestlemania to do that..
