Obviously a case like this, I agree with you the guy should be shot immediately, but there is flaws in your statement about people not changing. A reasonable person is expected to learn from a mistake, therefore changing.

it really was no fun to live through most of what i've been through
but ever since i heard an 11 yr girl say i wished i still lived @ home so my dad could fuck me eveyday i just want to feel love.
i promised my self i would think of her any time i wanted to go poor me and it's worked great.
