I don't have the videos/or mma expertise to offer; but I am the cities best personal trainer, and I can offer a workout to some of you guys.
PM me if your interested. I live in Toronto, so you would have to be able to meet me here.
Let me know, I'm always looking for someone new to train with.
Of course there would be no cost.
If you don't live in the city, but happen to stop by for business, let me know. I can probably still get you a good workout, as I have a very flexible schedule (I make my own hours).
