I work 3rd shift. After work I go home & run. But after my shower before I go to bed I am starving. What are a few good things I could eat before going to bed?? Thanks
right before bed something like cottage cheese (or if you hate it like me try ricotta cheese) and a bit of peanut butter/protein powder all mixed together tastes great and will help provide protein all night since the casein is very slow to digest.
