I'm 5'9 and at 155 and in phenomenal shape (looks wise not actual shape)
So I cant see 167 being that much over weight. I mean I couldn't get down another 10lbs if I tried atm, different people have different natural weights.
Although I was up at around 170 - 180 in april/may and did feel that i was carrying a bit too much extra weight so I can see where you're coming from. I'd say jus hit a form of exercise you enjoy and stick to it and your weight will fall easily
