Yeah I have to get back into his program. On top of being a beast at what he does he is extremely helpful. If you have any questions you can post them on his forum or email him and he will personally respond in a fairly short amount of time.

lol I was doing it but with a whole bunch of additional rest days in there because I suck. So it went Day 1, rest, day 2, rest, day3, rest ...

Don't beat yourself up too bad. His workouts were intense. The workout finishers were killer.

Check out http://www.t-nation.com/ as an alternative to bodybuilding.com.

I work in the fitness industry and have personally tried and applied some of Ross' material. Very good stuff!! I would recommend it over either of the above sites.

Another product site for fitness is ihpfit.com. This guy is a heavyweight in the fitness industry. He's Monson's trainer, and he recently came out with some combat products. Good stuff that mixes weight training, functional exercises, and strength into great circuits.
