Don't beat yourself up too bad. His workouts were intense. The workout finishers were killer.

| Fitness Websites/Products
Check out http://www.t-nation.com/ as an alternative to bodybuilding.com.
I work in the fitness industry and have personally tried and applied some of Ross' material. Very good stuff!! I would recommend it over either of the above sites.
Another product site for fitness is ihpfit.com. This guy is a heavyweight in the fitness industry. He's Monson's trainer, and he recently came out with some combat products. Good stuff that mixes weight training, functional exercises, and strength into great circuits. http://www.ihpfit.com/1store/index.php?CategoryID=76

Some other sites that people might be interested in... http://www.bikeradar.com/fitness/art...-training-1022
Article titled: Training - Heart rate training http://thetrainingstationinc.com/exercises.html
Animated Exercises. http://www.exrx.net/index.html
The quick synopses shown on the site...
"ExRx.net (Exercise Prescription on the Net) is a free resource for the exercise professional, coach, or fitness enthusiast." ExRx.net consists of over 2000 pages, most of which are found in the Exercise and Muscle Directory." http://www.netfit.co.uk/fitness/exercises/index.htm
Seems like a pretty good site with descriptions on how to do alot of exercises... I plan on looking at it more when I have the time.
