| Had to buy a sugar free energy drink today
I ran out of No-Xplode and dont have the money to replenish.. so I just said ill go a few days of workin' out without a supplement.. but today I went through the whole day doin' nothin.. just too physically tired to workout, anyone else have this problem? I went and bought energy drinks for tomorrow.. would that be the proper solution?

I always used Twin Labs products and when I came off of them, I noticed being very moody and lethargic for a couple of days. For me, energy drinks are a quick jolt of energy and then a huge crash period. They only work for me for like an hour and then I seriously just wanna go to sleep. The only time they have ever done anything for me is when I am sick with a cold or the flu. I drink like 3-4 Monsters back to back to back and I feel great. It also seems to shorten the duration time of feeling like total crap.

I don't think you should ever drink energy drinks before you work out. It's not only not recommended, it's recommended that you DON'T. There's big difference.

Sugar free energy drinks are fine with your workout, as long as you don't stay over an hour which is overtraining anyway. Something like Speed Stack, Endorush, or Redline is good.
Just don't stay hooked on stimulants too long, as they can build up cortisol and lower your adrenaline levels over time. After about 8-9 weeks on stimulants, you should give yourself a good 7-8 weeks off of them to allow your natural adrenal glands time to recover. Use them strategicallty for fat loss instead of relying on them for daily energy,
