H.I.T Squad

So I'm thinking this summer instead of doing the proper thing and getting a job, seeing my friends and being with the girlfriend I am going to uproot and come over the pond to train at the H.I.T. Squad for three months (june, july and august). The only things currently stopping me are funding; the cost in total will be about £1,500 - £2,000 (around $2,200 - $3,000) although I am fairly certain with careful planning (and selling my car :() I can make it.

The other and probably most important reason is I don't really know much about it or Matt Hughes in general. Yes we have all seen TUF but everyone of any intelligence realises it is edited and so things can be taken out of context and others can never be shown at all.

So does anyone have any first hand experience of training there? Does anyone here train there at all? Any stories people have heard about the place? Any fighters people know of excepting the head people such as Matt and Lawler. Is just information I want mainly.

Also on a final note - if anyone knows of any other good gyms that offer Training and Accomodation for 3 months at $1,000 or less (that is the cost of training at HIT Squad) then please also let me know about that.

Oh and if I do go Howie do you want me to get someone to write up like a training diary for people to read - dont know if they are interested but I certainly know my friend does this.

I drive by the place at least once a week to go to one of my jobsites. He's bought an old army apartment building next door to house the fighters in. It's maybe 1000' from the front door to the gym.

I've never been inside the place, but I know a lot about the area. Best bet...don't head south (bad ghettos). The facility itself is very secure though as it's inside an old army base w/ a security guard or two patrolling the entire place 24/7.

Cool cool thanks nasty :)
So what is the local night life (if there is one) like? I don't personally drink but a night out once a week won't go amiss just to unwind and recover from whatever beatings I have been given over the course of the week lol.
