Have anyone tried the wheel hops. I think it's what called a dynamic core stabillity. You stabilize and move. A plank is static stability. You stabilize and stay still.
Those are some crazy ass burpees. I usually don't like the BW Culture site stuff because they are so adamant about BW only for your exercises instead of using a proper combination.
Some of those exercises almost look too hard for conditioning. I don't think I could do enough Wheel Burpees without breaking my nose to get a good workout.
