Advice for losing weight/taking supplements

Hi everyone

I have recently joined a Muay Thai class as i aim to train and lose weight

I am currently 19 stone/120Kg's/266lbs and finding the classes quite hard going but enjoyable.

What supplements do you recommend? I have Nutrex Lipo 6x fat burners which i am about to start and i understand the importance of dieting.

I was thinking of taking a protein shake and also some L-Glutamine, is this adviseable and is there anything else you would recommend?

I don't want to spend silly money of supplements but would definately like to accelerate my weight loss

BTW, i live in the UK, if that makes any difference

Cheers

If your goal is to lose weight then dont worry about supplements at the beginning. Improve your quality and amount of food first. Your weight should drop with that and the increased workouts of the MT class.

At Fat Loss, Weight Training, Building Muscle, Bodybuilding, Diet and Exercise, Nutrition Supplements, DrClay.com He offeres a free book on how to change your diet for the better. Take a look at it. It is done in stages to make the process easier. From everything of his I read he is very intelligent.

Supplements I would suggest right now would just be protein probable. A quality protein drink before and after a workout will do wonders for your recovery.

There are others I like as well but I cant think of there addresses right now. Its been a long day.

When it comes to fat burning supps. I would wait until your have your diet pretty much dialed in and you start to stall in progress.

Good Luck!

You don't need supplements to lose weight. Forget about all the bullshit supplements, whats your diet like? If that is not dialed in first everything including your MT class is going to be a waste.

I'm echoing Tick to a degree.
