My supplement intake.. and should I add l-carnitine
This is my current supplement intake. My buddy has an extra bottle of l-carnitine and I'm wondering if I should use that also
Wake up -
Animal Cuts
With Breakfast -
Gold Standard Whey
CLA
Animal Pak
With Lunch -
Animal Flex
Before Workout -
Animal Cuts
After Workout -
Platinum Hydro-whey
Dinner -
CLA
Before Bed -
Casein Protein
So I take a bunch of stuff. The only thing that isnt a vitamin/ protein or acid is the Animal Cuts.
