I know I'm asking a lot of questions in this forum but what's a good number of calories to take per day? I'm not looking to gain weight, but looking to maintain and once my injuries heel to get lean cut muscles. I'm 205lbs.
There are so many factors that make it rather hard to calculate but here is a Berardi articles that says to take you LBM * 12 = you calories for the day.
