In my opinion when it comes to my health I do not put a price tag on it. I will only get what I believe is best.

I really like the Standard Process Catalyn(their multi) as they have been the easiest to digest and absorb for me. They really aren't that bad either in price. I pay around $30 for a bottle that has 360 tablets in it and that will last you 3-4 months depending on use. If you take it as it recommends then you will get a 4 month supply out of it. I take almost double what it recommends due to my heavy training load. You really must listen to you body as well with these types of products.

Ultimately good quality supplements are pretty much the same as anything else... you get what you pay for.

Any "one a day" you get is not a good vitamin. All "good" vitamins will be usually taken more than once a day due to lack of binders.

Take my Standard Process Catalyn- it has no binders as it is compressed together and needing to be taken 3x per day due to its high absorbancy.

Check out Organic Sufficiency: as clean as it gets. Even the tablet uses 100% Organic Apple to hold the caps, Nothing but raw FOOD. Have not seen anything on the market that comes close. www.innatechoice.com

I use and recommend Opti-Men by Optimum Nutrition.

Fantastic ingredient profile, does not use a proprietary blend, so you know what you're getting and in what amounts.

Covers the shit you want in a multi, and only moderately smells like fish
