Hey Arthur, I noticed that the Vitamin A count is quite high with this particular combination. When taking into account that Vitamin A is fat-soluble rather than water-soluble as B and C Vitamins are. It is 200% the daily reccomended value.

Would you not overload on Vitamin A if you are eating large amounts of vegetables, especially kale which is also 200% of the value in one serving?

Sniggles, a GREAT question but most of the Vitamin A problems are linked to retinol intake in non-whole foods (supplementation) but at 300% it's not really a problem. Sweet potatoes have something like a 1,000% of RDA haha. also, about RDA and recommend daily value you should check out a book called "naked calories" by Dr. Carlton
