The Muay Thai teacher here is also a Krav Maga instructor...haha!

I have been doing BJJ too but it's really aggravated my meniscus issue in my knee, so regretfully, I may have to give up the BJJ. The Muay Thai doesn't seem to bother it by itself, so that is good.
