What goes good with Kale?

Tropical fruits, of course.

Kiwi
Pineapple
Mango
Strawberry


Banana
Pear
Apple

... meh


If you don't care about how nasty it tastes and only want pure nutrition:

Kale
Cucumber
Ginger
Garlic

With any of above fruits.



You will shit bricks and feel healthier then you have in 10 years.

all day every day baby boy!

I won't be a douche and post my video on it but mostly greens;

kale
baby greens
celery stalk or 2
some maca
tablespoon ginger
cucumber

I don't consume breakfast so I try to keep it VERY low calorie until the afternoon so no fruit in that. vitamix or regular blender on for a longer period of time and mmmmmm! poop like a champ too haha
