Depends how good your anaerobic and aerobic endurance is.

Like Hypergit said it will depend on your training but technically you could say the fight because it is only going to last 15 minutes and chances are you won't run 6 miles in 15 minutes.

Seriously, no amount of running will ever compare to the full body blitz of wrestling or fighting. its a complete sprint of every single muscle compared to running with certain ones.

3 rounds without a doubt. One round will tire you out more than a run.

One is both anaerobic & aerobic endurance where the other is simply aerobic endurance. I think we all know how this breaks down. |

I could run 6 miles in 45 or less no problem... a 3 round fight, not so much. Grappling practice gets my heart working WAY harder than it does when I run.

For most people I'd agree that the jog is less tiring, but I think the specificity of fitness is sometimes underestimated.
Example:
Person (A) trains only for a three * five minute round fight. He never works out beyond five minutes at a time, and never exclusively focuses on aerobic work.
Person (B) trains only for the jog. He never does any high intensity work whatsoever, only six mile runs.
There's no doubt in my mind that in a medium intensity fight vs medium intensity jog, (A) finds the fight easier and (B) the jog.
