|  L'Argnine??? Any Answers?
I'm curious if anybody has used L'Argnine. The results are supposed to be good. Luc I'm hoping you'd have answer.

Its good stuff. Its an amino acid. It basically increases the levels of nitric oxide in your blood stream. Dilating your blood vessels thus letting more nutrients in. In higher doses its even known to increase natural growth hormone production, but were talking about 30g doses. Supposedly it has a bunch of medical benefits as well like preventing certain heart problems. I take it before my workouts, but if you also take pre workout supplements containing caffeine, they cancel each other out as caffeine is a vasoconstrictor.
