Haven't seen it. I usually take ABB's Blue Thunder between lifting and cardio, since the drive home for a protein shake is too long. It has caffeine, whey protein isolate, and all those green leaf extracts and crap. I find that caffeine tends to work for me when it's in pill or energy drink form. I guess they just put a whole lot more caffeine into workout supplements than they do soda.

I use to take the 5 hr energy when i worked at GNC. It's weird cause it doesn't make you jittery or anything like the other drinks but you'll notice it in the middle of the day when you usually crash that you're still wide awake.

I've never really used energy drinks. Caffine can cause you to cramp up and sugar causes a bad crash when you're done.
