breath patterns while puching?

when your punching in boxing do you breath in your nose out your mouth?

Can't say for certain but I would think you would want to keep your mouth closed as much as possible. With your mouth open you're more prone to being knocked out.

Yeah try to breath in and out of your nose as much as possible. If you have trouble keeping yourself doing that, then start training while wearing your mouthpiece. It will help force you to breath like you would in a fight.

When you're throwing a punch you want to breath out of your mouth with your teeth cleenched. There are mouth pieces that a little gap in them to help you with this. They cover the upper and bottom teeth. Once it becomes second nature to you, you can use a regular mouth piece. But you should always be breathing in through your nose.
