Looking for a nice Food Chart/Diet Plan

Well, I am looking to finally tone up the stomach a bit more. I know it is pretty much diet related. I am looking for some kind of food chart/diet plan to get myself on to lose the extra fat related to improper eating. I don't eat that bad, but it is time to bring down the bread basket and whatnot.

Any exercises and such are more than welcomed of course.

Help me out amigos

I have a stupid question, and I think I know this but...what is a plyometric push-up?

A hand clap pushup or whatever variation of it you can do. Maybe you can get off the ground but not far enough for a clap, then do that.
