Weight Cutting
 
Right im About 6ft 2in and around 190 lbs i want to cut down to 170 lbs, at the moment im running six times a week and doing roughly 6 miles per run along with doing abb and chest workouts (consisting of mostly push ups and crunches and sit ups) my diet is very good as well mostly fruit, Veg and some meat here n there, but i dont seem to be cutting weight my lowest i have been is around 183 at that was a while ago also im a naturally wide and pretty well muscled guy, any one have any ideas or anything that might help i would really appreciate any help or adivice anyone had

Are you looking to fight at 170? If so, cut down to 185ish and then the rest will probably have to be water. It sounds like you might be naturally too big to walk around at 170, you're body is gonna fight you the whole way.

cut weight really but id like to walk around at 175 or something close to that
