The reason passin Ruth was made a bigger deal cuz its Babe Ruth. 1 of the 3 most known names in sports history(ali n jordan being the other 2) Steroids or not, hes HOF. Never failed a test. Even if he did, howcome people arent booing players WHO GOT CAUGHT with roids? I dont see asterik signs being made for them. Give the man his respect.

I'm hispanic and my view is that he did it (broke the record)... good for him. If he cheated, he wasnt caught. If he gets caught then he'll pay the price, but if he didnt do anything wrong it's all good.

The sad news for him is that the record wont be his for long. If A-Rod stays healthy he'll smash the record in about 6 or 7 yrs.

I was on campus when it happened and everyone of color cheered. Lot of crying white girls to, but honestly I wasn't really "feeling" those tears.
